Resuggesting because I did my math wrong
5 month old price, oh boy. This is my first suggestion, why I chose an unusual I'll never know.
Please go easy on me.

Noble Amassment history: http://www.tf2outpost.com/item/440,3167844052,137,5
Also some unsolds at 2 buds
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/22871017 - 1 month (Bumped often)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23688436 - 1 day (very young, bumped occasionally)
These were the only sales which I could find that weren't painted. Counter-proof and constructive criticism is welcome. Let me know if I did anything wrong.
Painting doesn't change the price of an unusual, its a few refined vs several keys.
Where's the proof that your first sale sold for 22 keys? Its still valid to set your low end since it was selling well below the old price for almost 2 week but if you're going to say it sold for the B/O you need prove that claim with inventory histories or even a simple "added" comment by the new owner though that's far less useful than the history. Second sale seems fine.
Well I confirmed the first sale with the new owner: http://puu.sh/cR2sc/a245f42ad3.png
EDIT: added to my suggestion. Thanks for pointing it out by the way :)
