My first suggestion!

1 of 1 in existence. Last owner was me; sold to A Jammed Printer for 3 buds pure.

For some reason, Steam would not show the hat when I hover over the name. I will include a backpack snapshot to prove that this is indeed the Amaranthine Titanium Tyrolean.

Currently on backpack.tf, Poisoned Shadows Titanium Tyrolean is priced at 3.3 buds, Orbiting Planets (only 2 in existence) at 3.2, Cloud 9 at 2.8 and Miami at 2.7. Although all of these prices are outdated, 3 buds for an Amaranthine one seems fair.

During the week that I have had the hat, I have gotten an offer of a Kill-a-Watt Prince Tavish's Crown (3.3) and a Disco Beat Down Private Eye (3.2). I can provide proof of these offers if necessary. Again, 3 buds seems fair for this hat's price.

Not going to be on market soon.

It's not how it works, we price unusuals on the criteria of what they sell for, not on what effect is better.

Exception 2: Rare Hats

Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:

- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months Doesn't meet this one

- The effect is not a Halloween 2014 effect. Doesn't meet this one

- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred. Probably meets this one

Advice from me: Wait until december, sometime you'll be able to price this with the 3 buds sale solely

This, however, is clearly an outlier.

with a 2014 hween effect, you need two sales. Thats what theyre trying to tell you. Regardless of if they wont resell it.

I already updated the proof with one more sale, the outlier.

if its an outlier, that means you wont use it, and its invalid. you need two valid sales proving the price your suggesting

There are no rules that indicate that outlying sales cannot be used. Correct me if I am wrong. I am confident that I have seen passed suggestions with 2 sales, including 1 outlier.

"If the two sales are discrepant, a third sale is required to determine the outlier."

2 sales are needed for new hats. We will probably change this in December. So if it still hasn't sold by then, feel free to resuggest.
