Do you not need one sale to refresh an unusual price? Not sure, I know the rule is at least two for dropping or raising one
for raising, lowering, or reaffirming an existing price multiple sales are not needed if that is the only valid sale.

The two sale rule only ever applied to setting an initial price and for at least a month now has only applied to 2014 Halloween unusuals. You can set a price on a third gen hat with a single sale now. Any form of update regardless of what series the effect is can be done with a single sale and that was always the case.
