I'm intending to drop craft hats to 1.22 flat so I'm trying to save as many 1.33 hats which actually have demands other than being used as a crafting material.

If you ever notice, I'm rising hats none of which scrap.tf has, not the one with 50 copies in each bots.

So this isn't a "craft hat" ?

What makes a hat a craft hat?

If a craft hat means a hat which we can craft into another hat, it is a craft hat.

If a craft hat means a hat which people mainly use to craft (like Ellis) instead of wearing it, it isn't a craft hat at all, given how there are none on scrap.tf.
