2.7 might be an outlier? I mean it's almost outdated...

Thanks for pointing that out for me. I however take that as in range, though.

the tower sale looks like an outlier so it shouldn't be included in the range, personally i think 1.6-1.9 would be better

2.7 is probably an outlier, but it's hard to make that call based on a trade that isn't getting bumped. Can't say that there's no way for this to sell for more than 2 if the seller at 2 never bumps his trades.
