In conclusion, NB dapper topper needs an update in price. It still sells for 15-15.5 keys(current price of a bud).

I'm very sure you need to be a bit more specific about what the hat was sold for (pure, items/item overpay and if so, then what items were in the trade, because some of them might be outdated or an item overpay calculation may be required).

Also, in this trade, the buds weren't the price or the B/O, so I believe it was sold for something else: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23739151

he doesn't have the unusual or buds in his bp. I'm inclined to say it might be on steam market or he got phished.

Also the 15 key "sold" was then relisted for 13. it's very doubtful it sold for 15 keys.

You will need proof it sold for 1 buds. A closed trade doesn't mean it sold for its b/o, especially for unusuals.
