I dunno about the Conncap. Highest offer it got (ONLY offer it got) was an O.fire Greased, which averages ~2.5 based on B/Os.

2.5-5 sounds stupid, but it's definitely better than 5 flat.

also if you wanna get technical, AF KE sale had the conn cap value as 5 there, but that probably can't be used

Difference being that was pricing a 60 bud hat instead of a 12 bud one, it was fives times less significant XD

valuing it at 2.5 still renders it higher than the b/o, that's why I haven't bothered too much.
