Hat's less than 3 buds, doesn't matter.

Still people tend to ask/sell for less than normal range since most people will go for a clean one for same price. Tbh. i dont like dropping price of a hat based on duped BO. This looks like one of those "mini quicksales" and those can take same amount of time as regular sales.

'Mini-quicksale' is perfect evidence that an item needs a drop.

If you actually want to counter-proof this, I suggest you find some sales.
