I don't know. There are quite a few 1 ref sellers. On the one hand, The current range is probably better and might even be too high. On the other, if we priced this as a craft hat, maybe people would actually be aware that these are craft hats.

I don't think a craft hat should be below a craft hat, which is similar to what we do in dota2. We did define a craft hat as the hats that would most likely be crafted and are the cheapest, etc.. so I think this would be one of them.
