Sale:
http://puu.sh/cWP1s/045281b121.jpg
$36.75 (buds were ~$37.5 at the time)
Buyer paid: 36.75/37.5 = ~1
Seller received: 36.75 * 0.85 = 31.24
31.24/37 = ~0.8

again you have no proof it was that specific gatsby or how long the sale took.
Agreeing with Slocumruls here. Also, since when can you just value/price of a hat with just SCM sales?
I've asked Polar, and he said when there are no other recent sales
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23664983 - sold for Pro aussie bluts + 2 keys in sweets. Bluts is ~1.1 buds on SCM. Sale is ~1.1 after overpay.
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198081780548?time=1410073200 - dead prez trashman ~1.3
This isn't really the best one to base on SCM sales. 0.8-1.3 would be a wide range and 0.8 is probably low given that these sales at 1.1-1.3 went in a few days. I would go with ~1-1.3 here, taking just what the seller paid from the SCM sale.
