Just a note about this one. We don't normally accept suggestions based on gifted hats if clean ones exist, even if it is to raise the value. However, this presents a unique situation for a few different reasons.

(1) This hat was changed from hat to misc resulting in a huge value increase

(2) There have been no clean sales in a long time.

(3) Most importantly, the owner of the clean hat himself has no issue with the suggestion. If a clean owner is willing to accept a suggestion based on a gifted hat, I don't see how I could complain about it.

If it weren't for this specific set of circumstances, this suggestion wouldn't be accepted.
