So your implying that just because 1 seller is selling it for below the 9 ref it automatically lowers it to 7 ref? That doesn't just make the market... if i sell an unusual for 1 ref it doesn't make it 1 ref just because of its limited market

You're right, it wouldn't. Wanna know why? Because someone would buy that unusual within seconds of you posting the trade. The 7 refined seller has had it up for 5 days, since it's been up for 5 days, obviously it will not sell for 9 refined.
