First of all, you should really list what you are valuing each of the sales at. Second, for the SBTWC Hive offer it just says that he added him, you need proof if you are going to say that he was offering on the hive, and what he was offering.

Well, the bonzo hive was sold for the taunt + 2 buds + pro v luger. Looks like 6 keys were added. That would put the sale at ~8 at least.

Sorry man, I know this was quite a bit of work, and you did a great job identifying sales, but you'll need more firm footing here to price this. If the bonzo hive and sole mate are priced, they'll probably be quite a bit above your range. Brigade may be an issue as well. Will need a more firm pricing.
