Conclusion: Most people are selling for either 3.66 or 4, but no one is really buying a lot for either. This means we must put in a range because there are no set buyers for one price.

That is because there is almost no buyers for this, so the fact there is a large range of sellers means that there should be a range.

No drop is needed. 4 ref is by far the most common trading point at the moment
