why not 12-13?

Many available on market for 12, make 13 look like outlier.

Only 2 as I can see, plus this guy - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23761860 Selling for 11, says 'quickselling' so may be invalid, I'd make this 12-13 if I were you, 13 is too close to be considered an outlier

Didn't see that 11 seller. Resuggest I guess.
