Considering 5.5 is selling in an hour, no, the proof's not fine. The oldest 'unsold' at 5 is a day old and fairly badly bumped, which really isn't good enough.

if 6 is not selling.. and he suggests 5.5 because it's selling thats ok enough to me. + people like HHH's. You ring a good point though, It should be atleast 5.5-6.

It's not my job to provide counter-proof, it's the suggester's job to provide proof in the first place.

I don't need proof that 6 is selling until he provides proof that 6 isn't selling.

Definitly needs a drop, but your proof's not very good, you didn't even get the price right on some of them ...
