Well, after 6 months, the previous owner finally sold the secret tyrants for ~15 pure. I don't think it should be valued at 13.5, but I don't think 15 is outrageous. Both sale values here are still 16 in pure. Does that mean this can't get 20-25 in unusuals? No. Realistically, overpay in unusuals is more like 30-40% on hats like these. But as far as a price in pure? 16 is probably where this is at based on these sales.

Well, the point of overpay is to find the value of an item in pure. And the secret tyrants did sell for 15 pure... So I would value that sale at 16.

Should I resuggest at 16 flat, or leave it as it is?

Now, he is banned on backpack (although for just a day), and will not likely get a desired offer for his hat.
