When TF2 Logo is priced higher then SBTWC, you can tell a price is outdated :P

I sold it for 173 keys (11.5 buds) plus a duped Smoking Brainiac.There were come complications with the sale, but it was all sorted out and I have received everything. I probably could have gotten a bit more since the guy's first offer was 15 pure, but he didn't have it by the time I added him and I was tired of selling this so I accepted the 173 keys and Duped Smoking Brainiac.
Duped Smoking Brainiac Mini: Depsite there being many regular Smoking Brainiacs, there only 2 duped ones. There has been no identifiable sale for either in the past 3 months, so I am forced to use an outdated sale. If this is a problem and I need to wait for another sale on a duped smoking Brainiac, feel free to tell me.
Closest identifiable sale I could find was a whole 7 months ago. This thing is THAT uncommonly traded.

Guy was asking for 35 keys (Buds were 19.25 at the time, so that's 1.8 buds), and sales cannot be valued over B/Os, so combined ith the fact that we cannot identified which as offered on which, ao according to the unusual pricing guide 2.0, I should calculate overpay. 1.8 times .9=1.62, rounding to 1.6.
MINI-SUGGESTION FINAL VALUE: 1.6 buds
1.6 times .9=1.44, rounding to 1.4
11.5 plus 1.4= 12.9, rounding to 13.
As always, if there is any way I can improve this suggestion, please tell me. Thank you in advance if you do have good constructive criticism.
For duped hats that are lower than 3 buds in value a mini is not required
I had a feeling there was a rule like that, but I couldn't find it.
The regular Smoking Brainiac is outdated though, so I should probably go do a mini for that. I'll do one right now and see if it changes the value, and if it does I will re-suggest. Thanks for the info.

Sold for 27 keys, buds priced at 16.5 at the time so the value comes out to about 1.6 buds. So no difference from the duped one.

1.6 should be fine - on hats >10 buds a small bit of rounding is applied anyway (there's a 0.5 margin both ways, as these values are only meant to be guidelines) so you should be fine.

Well without a mini for it, what price is he going to be basing on cause the backpack.tf price for the smoking braniac is 7 months outdated anyway. Be it duped or non-duped, the mini suggestion is needed to show its price is not outdated. So i don't see why mini is not required.

Yes it is right that duped hats lower than 3 buds do not require a mini suggestion but ONLY if the price on backpack.tf is UPDATED.

As you can see, the price of the brainiac is 7 months outdated. Therefore, regardless of that, he still needs the mini suggestion to PROVE that the price of it is updated.

Yes and that statement is part of his mini isn't it? What you implied in "Hahah miini for smoking brainiac wasn't needed :P" is not right. You are planting the idea into him that it is alright not to do a mini which is false no?
He did a mini because he didn't know it wasn't needed at all
It was needed to provide a more "UPDATED" value of the clean outdated smoking brainiac hairpiece not because it is duped which he already did. Read red's comments above.

Buyer doesn't re-sell his hats. Probably won't sell again.
