The item is still in the backpack of the #1 link though so it's not even guaranteed sold for 2 Refs yet even though some interest is shown. Looking at all the unsolds and the limited market though I definitely think it should not be 1 Key anymore, but I am not sure if 2 Refs is a fair price for it either, seems like an attempted quick sell where the guy forgot to log back on Steam LOL... Then again if 2 Refs was considered a quick sell then that guy should probably have gotten more interest from other people. I dunno, market is too limited, I am gonna stay neutral on this till more data comes up I guess...
