This is my first time suggesting a price and I would really appreciate any feedback on this submission.
It truly is a nice hat and it saddens me to see so many of them unpriced.

Reasoning to my price: I'm valuing it at 8-10 seeing how I got 8.5 and I was paying Unusual overpay. What are your thoughts?

Yes, assuming you have priced all the hats correctly and applied overpay, and that none of those hats are outdated.
