As you can see he gets 15 keys, 2 ref, a description tag (which is probably from somewhere else) and that Unusual (that is worth 1.1 - 1.4 buds). It is not very clear what did he get for the unusual, but we can put it at 1 bud (unusual being 1.1=1.1*0,9=1 bud, or 15 keys=1 bud)

Claims that he is quickselling for 14 keys. Reopened trade with lower price. Older one has been up for 6 days (for the price of 14.5 keys) and the new one has been up for a day, making that 1 week without selling for an "quicksell" price.
