Conclusion:

Sold for 2.7, 3 and 4 buds, offers range from 3.0 to 3.4 buds. 2.7 - 4 is a safe range for this hat. The 4 cannot be considered an outlier because the hat was offered 3.4 buds and rejected.

Additionally the 90% rounding is really nasty, and I don't think it should be done but w/e. Without rounding the cap offer can be considered 3.8 which is close to 4 anyway. The TW anger can be considered 3.6.

I was made a very complicated (5 unusuals + 12 keys in items) offer for 2 of my unusuals including the tyrants, if it would help. But I don't want to do 5 mini-suggestions. The offer would price my tyrants at 3 - 4.1

If we judge the fedora at 2 instead of 2.3 - 2.6 because it is duped, the tyrants is 4.1.

If you want overpay (dont think it counts): 5.4 - 2 = 3.4.

Worst case if the duped fedora is valued at 2.4 then it's 3 buds including overpay, or 3.7 excluding overpay.

'probably isn't valid'? but what makes the cosa suddenly worth 3 instead of 3.8 which it has been recently priced as? If anything, that isn't valid either. There should be more proof that the cosa is being sold at 3 now.

The offer isn't valid because there are so many other hats involved - sales with more than 4 hats "should be avoided" and this should also apply to offers like yours. Furthermore the value you get is inflated because the Handle, Tam O' Shanter and Pith Helm were priced more than 6 months ago when buds were 19 keys, not 15. After you apply overpay (which should be applied as you did not offer on his hats), the value you get should be below 3
