Hey, this is my 1st suggestion, don't know if it has enough proof. My Point and Shoot has spells and is not going anywhere soon.

Outpost Sellers:

1 seller on outpost with 1 key, many others with offers.

All Bazaar sellers/solds are old or for offers.

Yeah... It's hard to tell what's the price the seller asking for. I do believe he's looking for offers.
