People traditionally just dump these onto the SCM for .04 resulting in you receiving .02 which technically you could RAISE the price, but no one likes SCM proof.

That's probably why you aren't able to find much.

According to the steam market prices, the price is 0.013 ref, which rounds to 0.01 ref. I don't know why you would even sell these, what can you do with 1 cent?

I got 28 of them in an auction for a Scrap Metal and a Jarate. so I'm upvoting.

don't know why people don't use them, since if they want to unbox the resulting crate, they need the correct key, which they don't know which one they'd need until they get the crate

This is probably like the bread box where people think that the price will go up as the quantity goes down, so they try to sell for 3 x backpack.tf price

Fun fact, twice as many max's exist as the bread boxes, and the max's (even though a lot are duped) are worth around 50x more than the boxes.

Backpack.tf doesn't count the duped ones, so there are 10,000 clean max's in the world, but ~7,000 clean bread boxes in the world. I dunno, supply and demand.

at least the Bread Box makes sense, as it isn't a random drop.

the Summer 2013 Coolers IMHO have pretty much been made worthless since aside from the random Unusual, everything else they uncrate is sold in the Mann Co. Store. personally, I just keep them around in the rare case I'm on the recieving end of A Random Summer Cooler Key Gift.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18641539 has been up for 8 months @ 1 scrap. I may only sell 1 or so a week but, they still sell at that price.
