How and where do I find the solds?

Use trade.tf

If you search for a festive sniper rifle, you'll see some trades with a red label saying "Closed x"

These trades have been closed. They either sold or the trade was closed but the item is still in their backpack. Good luck!

Another thing you can do is bookmark trades on outpost and wait to see if they sell or not. Trade.tf does miss a few trades, so best of luck!

To raise a value, you need sales man, not sellers. I'd look through the histories of those rifles, see the past trades - maybe there's some higher sales there? :)
