I'm not exactly too sure about this one, I bought it from a guy that was asking for the approximate value of what I am suggesting. It's currently 1 of 2 in existence, and is a rather nice cosmetic with a neat effect.

          I'll try to remake the suggestion. I paid 6 buds for the whole set and not just the hat. My mistake I guess.

            I paid 5ish buds for my Misty Skull one, seeing this guy pay more for blizzardy than what I did for misty is priceless. :^)
