He needs mins for hats worth more than 3 buds, but the Helm is 16, which means He HAS to get a mini

I'm confused now about why 16 is valid but 13 and 13.5 are not. Those are the pure sales.

It is a mix of both pure sales and unusual sales.

But 13 isn't in your price though.

All prices on this site are supposed to be the price of hats in pure. Not mixed or unusuals. Which is why overpay is used.

The 13, and 13.5 pure offers are outdated by 2 days, the only 2 recent and valid ones were the 15, and 15 and 4 keys.
