The seller declined several other offers in the 7 -8 range, so this sale clearly isn’t a major outlier

This hat is most definitely overpriced, as evidenced by the b/o of 6 for over a month. However, the only clean one on outpost ( http://backpack.tf/item/1652554334 ) hasn’t sold since june, and you aren’t allowed to lower the price of a hat solely based on sales of a dupe. That said, the dupe did sell for over 6 buds at least once recently (see sale above) indicating that a flat price of 6 (the current clean sellers b/o) isn’t too unreasonable. I know this isn’t a great suggestion, but it’s better than the current price.
