Multiple sales in 9-10 keys, there are still more of them. Quicksales, or not, those are what nearly all the valid sales for the hat are. Similar thing happened with the strange soda popper not too long ago.

prices shouldn't be based on quicksales though.

Don't see any reason to call 11 keys an outlier. This sells fast at 9 keys, but it can sell with time at 11.
