Mini suggestion -- when you're trying to set up a price for an Unusual and you come trough with a sale where it was sold for an Unusual with an outdated price, you must provide proof within your suggestion that this other unusual is constantly being sold at a price so it's justified as valid proof for the Unusual in your price suggestion.

Topi is probably closer to 2. But you have stacked overpay multiple times and are using that for your low end anyways, so it's fine.
