I haven't had read the rules before. So I'll try this again.

EDIT: In another comment he stated that the Unusual was worth 2 buds, and wanted at least 1.8 pure to accept it.(The guy was offering only on the Unusual and miscs alone.)
These are the only valid ones. Other owners either asked for offers and/or had no comments in their trade requests. Some don't show the hat in their Outpost history either.
You could try finding sales using their history in bp tf
That's exactly what I did. I went to every single one of them and scrolled through the sales history. All the proof above are the only ones I could find on which the seller asked for a price.
EDIT: I thought you meant by their backpacks in TF2Outpost. Still that is all I could find.

Well sadly, this item can't be priced, as I had already looked at the previous owner of this users backpack, you cannot compare the times, and there is no reasonable proof out there for this item, you will either have to wait for another sold, or the other owner to sell his in order to see the older history of the other owners bp.
