Not really sure if your first 2nd&3rd proofs are valid since killstreak items dont have a price and are quite unstable.

1.3/1.4 shouldn't be in the range since atleast 2 people are willing to take 1.2 buds for their unusual.

I would go with the real sales and resuggest at 1.2 flat.
