Eh.. I'm hesitant to call 1.6 an outlier. Mostly pure and all, including that one, went fast.

4 sales at 1-1.2 and only 1 sale at 1.6 so I think that 1.6 is an outlier.

I also think that all of the current sellers would take 1.2 if somebody would offer 1.2 pure on it

It sold in 1 day for 1 pure and within 1 day for 1.6 in mostly pure. If it sells that fast, I'm sure there are other sales happening at 1.5.
