*=Dead Presidents Fr-0 was not outdated yet when I made this suggestion but now it appearently is. It also wasn't outdated when the hat got traded. Oh well, even if the Hat dropped or raised 0.2 it would still be in my new range so I guess it doesn't matters alot either.

Also, the Bombing Run in sale 1,2 and 4 is duped but I dont think it matters alot since the the range is below 3 buds.
