Just looking from Classified, this may even provoke a higher range. I'll stay neutral, but your proof is essential enough.
Classifieds are sellers. To raise a price you need solds.

You. From what you said, I understood that you were implying there are no solds in the proof.
No, I was implying that Dispenser was wrong that classifieds mean the range should be higher. Sellers can't raise a price, so whatever classifieds are saying is useless. Sorry if it was confusing.

Of course. I'm just saying from the amount of what I've seeing on Classified, it may need to be raised a tad higher than this.
However, the range is appropriate based on the proof. I can seek counter-proof, if necessary.
Edit: Actually, that 7.33 refined never sold.
