Make sure the max wasn't Lev 1 or Lev 7
I know it's all about sales but both the other Rancho's on the market have pure offers above 3.3 buds. Seems a bit soon to make this suggestion

I'm pretty sure there have been sales other than your own personal trades. They might be pertinent to the value of this item.
I bought my rancho for 5 buds two times. The first rancho, lvl 40, bought for 5 buds and bills got sold for a duped burning flames blighted beak which i used to buy a lvl 68 rancho for 5 buds in which I got 4 buds as change from [GIRL] pudding something one of top backpacks. So tired from typing on phone. Anyway yea you lowballing.
