It's a general consensus that CS:GO keys are worth slightly more than TF2 keys, but I don't think the difference'll matter here, it's tiny.

It does, the suggestion cannot exceed B/O of the trade even if it sold for more in unusuals and items. If an item with a B/O of 15 sells for 20 keys in items, still counted at 15.
