15.8*0.9 = 14.2 which is higher than both other sales and you don't include it because it was 'sold in a day'? So it sells easily in a day for 14.2 and you suggest 12.3-13? It needs more research/sales imo, downboat for now

That sale isn't 14.2, smoking law isn't 10 anymore, there's an open suggestion for it at 8. It's not a high-end outlier, if anything it's support.

Well, not including the attendant sale, there is still another sale at 7. Maybe 7-10? Hard to say. That sale value is probably close to 13. Range here is probably okay.
