With the large amount of gibuses with paint or spells, sales at 8 still happen but anything lower than 7.4 sells extremely quickly.

Why not 7,4 flat? I mean you showed that 7,4 doesn't sell and 8 too. If you have sales at 8 then it's ok.

All classified listings are for 8 keys and 9 keys

Classifieds can only be used as support proof. A 7.4 has been unsold for at least 5 days but have sold a few hours after I have created this suggestion. However, considering the market availability and demand, it can still act as valid proof
