Private eye sale is a low-end outlier, (4.5 * 0.9) - 2 = 2.05

Tyrolean's horribly outdated, I don't really want to touch that. I'll update the Tyrolean with this price rather than the other way around, since sales are scarcer on the Tyrolean.
