If there are multiple sales you can use current offers to prove that one of the sales is an outlier. However, in this case there has only been the one sale, which was from a person cashing out.

What I'm getting at is that you could probably call this sale an outlier based on the declined offers, but since there arent any other sales that's not feasible if you still want to price it.

So idk.

Well, the only offer I'm seeing significantly higher than this seems to have been retracted pretty quickly. Can be repriced when it sells again
