Flat 5 refined is slowly fading away. We see shift with increasing tendency. Note bump times, in lower range these are sold quick, it shows that demand is higher than supply (at lower range) and people are willing to pay more for it.

Suggesting 5-5.66 refined range. Anyone if free to counter if more apparent sales structure (that conflicts with mine) is formed.

I am not striping 5 refined out as it still occurs most of the time (as far as trade.tf data shows). If you feel different range should be used, feel free to counter.
