I don't know what a dash is i'm not native english. If you mean the +- it means approximately/arround that price. Cause the prices are old. That's why i added mini's.
You should put ~ instead, it's more clear.

BoA has been updated at 16.5 formally. I wouldn't have any issue with a range of 12.5-16.5.
