According to the rule, the third criterion is not met.
Exception 2: Rare Hats
Any hat can be priced based on a single sale if ALL these criteria are met:
- There are no other recent sales in the last 3 months
- The effect is not a Halloween 2014 effect.
- The hat went to a collector or person who intends to keep the hat. A collector can be identified by looking at the person's trade history, item history of similar unusuals in the backpack OR if the owner has not resold the hat 1 month after the sale occurred.
The person that you sold to doesn't seem like a collector. You will need to wait for a month to see if the person resells the unusual or not. An alternative to that is that you can get him to say that he will not resell within the next month since you just sold it.
The third criterion is not met and that is noted, i'll get on that right away!
