There is like insane amount of 0.04$ rares, 0.06$ min range is really outdated.

Very poor suggestion proof, you don't exclude invalid rr's.

Yes, 0.04-0.06 is a good price value, but the proof is very very poor. Provide bp.tf links to the suggestions which have the suggested price range in USD or the SCM links.
