Personally don't see the problem with that - with uncrafts like this that are pretty rare, should rules for normal items apply, or should it be case by case? There are unusuals that sell more often than this hat.

I don't think 1 month links should be used on uncrafts.. maybe 2 weeks at most

Either way, both links are invalid because value is added to them for he paint.

There's no valid sellers, and trade.tf values this at 0.66-0.77 right now. Without a doubt, 0.44 flat is low. Maybe 1.44 is an outlier and 0.77 flat would be better? Just throwing ideas out there :s
