          Having buyers at 3.66 indicates that it may be a QS price, so that's okay.


          You're keeping 4 in the range, so you technically don't need to provide any evidence for 4 (although it's always good to provide a few sales for it)


          I'd suggest looking through the histories of the Antlers, you can find some recent sales this way :)
