I can only imagine the amount of troll suggestions popping up for this item if this is accepted.

There's no texture for it in the item scheme, this is intended behavior.

In ny opinion, these glitched items shouldnt be priced, because they may be one of one forever, here is no point to price them, because it is not a trading a lot, it is stuck forever now in toxins backpack

Got sharked unfortunately, now forever locked in a collector's backpack.

Since this was the sale that occurred, this will be its true price.

I'd like to address this comment because it has hints of defamation. As I said below, and has '[MLP] Rainbow_Dash' said; there have been several sales of this item (and at least 1 other of the same item). As far as I can tell there have been 3 sales this year. Of all the sales I have seen, all but one sold it as an 'Upgrade to Premium Gift'. Of all the sales, I can find no evidence of any offers or sales over 7 keys (can you?). The sale you are recording here is the highest this item has ever sold for. In my book that is not a shark. Furthermore, people saying they would have paid more is mere hearsay and inadmissible here. If another comes up for sale you can find out then what real offers might be. Certainly I was prepared to offer more, but the offer JA left (which was for greater than the maximum recorded offer on such an item) was accepted. Calling me a shark based on speculation of what a rare glitch item might be sold for is not ok.

Secondly, are you 100% sure this is a good and valid suggestion? It's true that I won't sell it, but also we all know this was not the only sale this year.

I know of one more sale, told to me after I made the suggestion, which is more than 3 months old and sold for normal upgrade to premium gift price due to neither owner understanding if the item was the same.

The trade w0lk commented about ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1862258 ) had an offer of a bud, at the time 25+? keys. It's uncertain how long it was open for either. I recall saying Bob valuing it at about 3 buds, w0lk said he'd pay 2 up front. The day you bought it, I got an interested buyer who I'm sure would pay a lot more than you did.

The item has been traded around at least 6 times and the days of Valve deleting/modifying items is over. I don't think (now) yours will ever be modified.

Both are rude, collectors, and usually lowball whenever they can, or pay a little bit under regular price.

I wasn't even aware this had a real value! I wasn't even selling this thing actively because I thought it was useless! The only reason I had it in the first place is because I bought it from someone for the price of a REAL upgrade to premium a couple months ago!

Feel free to add me to talk. Internet forums have a tendency towards 'hype' and naming of victims and villains, which is pretty damaging for all concerned.

I think I'll be fine. No one has really talked to me about it ever since that day. And while I'm kinda annoyed that I could've made more, you got it fairly since there wasn't any listed price.

And I'm not usually one for posting in this place. I come here all the time but only to check prices and trends. Like, I've noticed the price of keys have spiked within the last couple weeks and it's kinda obvious it'll keep going that way at least for a little bit.

RIP, but it's ok, at least it didnt go to someone looking to re-sell for more profit.

However if you do need opinions and possible prices on rare glitched items like this in the future, could hit up the bp.tf forums and ask on status updates. We'd be glad to help, and maybe a collector there would pay a much better price for your item.

The previous owner sold it to Jack Aubrey, which in fact is Toxins's alt account (I was unaware when making this suggestion).

A few other tid-bits: These things do turn up from time to time (not sure where they come from), and have been listed on trade sites at least 3 times that I know of. Buying involves risk because they do seem to disappear (whether used or 'corrected' like the occasional normal bat I don't know). None have sold for more than 7 keys that I know of, probably because they are treated as regular upgrade items. I'm happy to have it and won't resell it (so I think that means you are free to record the sale). Hail Backpack.tf.
