Alright, pricing this 1:1 2014 Halloween unusual. I wanted to wait until the Cloud 9 Private Eye got a renewed price before I made the suggestion.
Only Sale (and only sale there's going to be until next year):
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/23443328#latest (traded for a Strange Cloud 9 Private Eye, 2-2.1 + 0.05 for strange quality [Note: price is for 2.05-2.15, suggestion just rounded up.])
Full 2-Person Item History: http://backpack.tf/item/3128882691
Yes, I have it in my inventory, and no, I'm not going to sell it. There's actually a bit of story behind this unusual (originally traded for the effect on a standard billycock but was asked to trade back), and it'll go nicely in my collection of two-person history annual Halloween unusuals.
Range with one sale?
Pricing with the Cloud 9 Private Eye's price, which had a range.
that's not how it works...
You need to take the average, not the range, also did you apply overpay?
