The Reserve Shooter is a good weapon , make a mini-crits in the air and changes a 15% faster weapon , but only use it 2 classes and has only 4 shots , which is a disadvantage.

In my opinion this weapon should have a value of 5 or 6 refinades

We don't price stuff on the criteria of its advatages/disadvantages, but on what it sells for, opinions are irrelevant here.

Well it's true , it's just an opinion, maybe you have reason that we can not base price for the advantages and disadvantages, I think you should give the price to things basing on the existing amount and type of object it is.

No, the price that is given here is the one that has been proven as a price at which people are trading at. backpack.tf marks what price the market is trading for, it doesn't use reason or rhyme to create prices out of thin air. The core of this is links to trades and evidence of items being sold for the relevant prices.
